The world of mezcal has descended on Oaxaca today to consider some important changes in how the average person experiences and understands mezcal.

Regardless of where you stand on the issue, and whether you enjoy your mezcal in a cocktail, or neat, the meetings going on right now in Oaxaca are of critical importance.
